Once all the necessary documents have been submitted, please allow 48 hours for your application to be processed. Once you are approved, the Leasing Agent will notify you and schedule a time for you to pick up your key, book the elevator (if applicable) and receive an orientation of your new home and community.

We accept Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) payments, as well as cheques or money orders, which can be provided directly to the Resident Manager. PAD is a convenient, hassle-free option that ensures your payments are made automatically, so you never have to worry about missing a due date.
All residents must show proof of tenant content insurance before moving in. TerraCorp Management is not responsible for loss of or damage to your personal property. An updated copy of your insurance policy must be provided each year. All insurance carriers are accepted.
Yes, pets are welcome! We encourage residents to take advantage of the pet wash station located on the ground floor of The Grand Trios III.
Smoking (any substance) or vaping is not permitted in suites, on balconies, or anywhere within the apartment community. If you are required to smoke cannabis for medical purposes, you must inform your building’s Resident Manager in writing and provide medical confirmation.
For each apartment suite type, the rental amount is displayed as "starting from" the base rent. The exact rent for each apartment suite is calculated based on the floor level, view, square footage and any other amenities such as an oversized terrace. Our Leasing Agent can provide pricing on the exact suite you are looking for.
No, we do not offer fully furnished apartments.
